Measure the temperature at the deepest part of the reaction tank with a temperature sensor installed in the tank valve
Since the temperature sensor is installed in the tank valve which is responsible for discharge fluids from the reaction tank, it can measure the temperature at the discharge outlet, the deepest part, of the reaction tank. Besides, because the temperature sensor is installed at the bottom of the reaction tank, the temperature sensor can still measure even if there is only a small amount of fluids and the fluid level is really low.
Support various service conditions
For example, in addition to manual and automatic (single-acting/double-acting) actuated, this type of tank valve with temperature sensor can be used in combination with other features such as lining for handling highly corrosive and high-viscosity fluids, or with bellows seal to respond to a wide range of applications.
No additional construction is required to add a temperature sensor in the existing tank
Because this type of tank valve has the temperature sensor installed in the tank valve, you can have the function to measure the interior temperature of the tank by simply replacing your existing tank valve with this type of tank valve; and you do not need to drill a new hole to install a temperature sensor and you can continuously use the existing tank after the replacement.
